Former Paris Saint-Germain defender Thiago Silva played his last game for Chelsea on Sunday. The veteran defender’s contract expires in late June, and he will return to Brazil to play with Fluminense FC.

Before the final match at Stamford Bridge, supporters honored the Brazilian while taking a slight dig at PSG with their choice of tifo, which read, “He came from PSG to win the Champions League.”

It will be interesting to see if the Parisians decide to give Silva a proper send-off into retirement in the future, considering that when he left in 2020, it was during the COVID-19 pandemic.
